CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERFaisal is the founder and CEO of Spearhead. Launched in 2008, Faisal has led the company to incredible growth and success. A former sales leader with a telecom company and award-winning Consultant and Agency Executive, Faisal brings a wealth of industry knowledge and vision. He saw a need in the industry and created an equitable solution that has saved companies millions in unnecessary IT spending making Spearhead Advisors a market leader. Faisal is also the co-founder and CRO of bitFit, an intuitive business operations platform.
LISA MILLER
PRESIDENT & COOFormerly President of CenturyLink’s $7+ billion Wholesale, Indirect, and Small & Medium Business units spanning over 2,000+ employees, Lisa was responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and building strategic partnerships that enhanced the position of the company as an industry leader. With 30+ years of experience in telecom, Lisa is an advocate, mentor, and leader for women. She was recently named to CRN magazine’s Power 100 List as a leader whose vision and influence is a key driver of their companies’ success.
PETER QUINTTUS
EVP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTPeter joined the Spearhead team in February 2018 after spending 10 years in telecom with Cincinnati Bell and another in Cincinnati, Oklahoma City, Chicago, and Dallas. During Peter’s tenure he spent time as an Application Sales Consultant and Application Sales Manager spending his last year with the company as part of the Sales Execution team working to improve technical education and tooling throughout the organization. Peter’s career has been primarily focused on deploying networks for both mid-market and large enterprise clients with expertise in WAN infrastructure, SD-WAN edge, Voice Transformation, and Security integration.
KYLE GOUDY
EVP OF TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONSKyle joined the Spearhead team in October, 2018 after 6 years with a telecom company. Kyle held various positions during his tenure at the company, most recent among them as a Technical Sales Director leading a team of 12 Sales Engineers supporting Select Accounts. Kyle’s team is responsible for all network architecture and design, as well as operations, which includes project planning and management. Kyle holds a BA in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and is an avid distance runner.
